Headshot of Kellie Curtain

Season 2 of the Breast Cancer Network Australia’s ‘Upfront about breast cancer. What you don’t know until you do' Podcast has landed, featuring host and Advance Care Planning Australia Ambassador Kellie Curtain.

Kellie knows the importance of discussions around advance care planning - because she’s had them.

The conversations she had with her mother in the weeks before she died of breast cancer in 2010 formed an invaluable blueprint for her mother’s care.

While all episodes are insightful and moving, episode ten speaks specifically about advance care planning.

‘The Inevitable: Death, Dying and Morality’ features Clinical Psychologist Dr Charlotte Tottman who talks about the process of dying, common thoughts and feelings about death, mortality vulnerabilities, and why confronting some of these topics can be helpful.
