Singapore will be hosting the 8th Advance Care Planning International (ACP-i) Conference - the first international ACP conference in Asia - from 24 -27 May 2023.

The ACP-i Conference, spearheaded by the ACP-i Society, is held once every two years to bring together an international fraternity of ACP experts to share best practices on ACP.

They are extending an invitation to all members of the international ACP community. The conference will bring together over 800 delegates comprising healthcare and social service administrators, clinical practitioners, researchers, academics and policymakers in a hybrid (physical and virtual) mode.

The conference programme is carefully curated to elicit fresh views and critique from international thought leaders and practitioners. This conference also creates a platform for leaders and practitioners to network with potential partners.

Conference programme objectives:

  • Showcasing developments in policy, health systems organisation and technology that advance the practice of AC.
  • Informing on emerging trends, opportunities and challenges that impact the practice of ACP and generate discussion on how our systems and practitioners can respond.
  • Enabling productive engagements and the sharing of best practices and ideas across countries, sectors, and roles.
