Thank you for your support - we had a fantastic response to this year's two events being held "back to back", offering up to 40 speakers, 20 hours of education and networking, and peer-reviewed poster displays over two days,
The events were for anyone interested in advance care planning and end of life care, designed to appeal not only to medical, nursing, clinical and health workers, but academic, community, government, legal and financial planning interests as well.
The National Conference activities are Advance Care Planning Australia initiatives delivered by Austin Health, aimed at offering premier resources for national collaboration.
