Public Advocate of the ACT – This website includes Enduring Power of Attorney (ACT) information and forms. The site also includes an Advice phone line.

Public Trustee for the ACT – This website provides contact details as well as information on Wills, Deceased Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Trusts in the ACT. These services include a professional service where the Public Trustee can prepare an individual’s Enduring Power of Attorney, where the individual nominates the Public Trustee as attorney for Property and Financial matters.  The Public Trustee may also prepare your Will where the individual wishes to appoint the Public Trustee as the individual’s executor. This service is provided for a determined fee as set out in the fees brochure.

BeMyVoice  – This website provides information on advance care planning in the ACT for both the general public and healthcare professionals.The site also provides a step by step process to assist people to think about, talk about and complete an advance care plan.

Office of the Public Advocate - The Office of the Public Advocate protects and promotes the rights, autonomy and participation of all Queenslanders with impaired decision-making capacity through statutory systems advocacy.

Office of the Public Guardian - The Public Guardian is an independent statutory officer (appointed under the Public Guardian Act 2014) who protects the rights and interests of adults who don’t have capacity to make their own decisions due to an illness or disability and children and young people who are in out-of-home care (foster care, kinship care) residential care, youth detention and mental health and correctional facilities.

Public Trustee - The Public Trustee provides Enduring Powers of Attorney, free Wills, investment, executor and financial administration services to Queenslanders.
